How do I personalize my order?

Every piece is custom embroidered just for you! When placing your order, you can include details such as:

  • Child’s name or monogram
  • Boy or girl
  • Age or size
  • Favorite colors
  • Favorite animals, hobbies, or interests
  • School, sports, or holiday themes
  • Your preferred style (classic, preppy, vintage, western, neutral, girly, etc.)
  • Inspiration photos or a design you’ve seen on my page

Whether you have a clear vision or just a few ideas, I’ll create a design that’s uniquely yours. I can even provide a mock-up for approval before stitching when requested.


How long will my order take?

Current turnaround time is up to 3 weeks for in-stock items, plus shipping time.

Special-order items or highly customized designs may require additional time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Please note that Schultze Stitches is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.


Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Custom embroidery is what I love most. Whether it’s a birthday outfit, school design, holiday piece, baby gift, team spirit wear, or something completely unique, I’d be honored to bring your vision to life.


Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes! I can embroider many custom logos and designs. Please contact me before ordering so I can review your artwork. A one-time digitizing fee may apply for new logos.


What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice an error in spelling, colors, or personalization.

If embroidery has not yet begun, I’ll gladly make the necessary changes. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible.


What is your return policy?

Because every item is personalized specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or I made an error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll make it right.


How do I care for my embroidered items?

To keep your embroidery beautiful for years to come:

  • Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
  • If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use low heat.
  • Do not iron directly on the embroidery.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local porch pickup is available in Magnolia, Texas. Simply choose Local Pickup during checkout, and I’ll contact you when your order is ready.


Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! If you’re sending your order directly to someone special, leave your gift message in the notes at checkout, and I’ll include a complimentary handwritten note.


Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee. Your order will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift.


What sizes do you offer?

Most apparel is available from newborn through youth sizes. If you’re looking for a specific size or style, feel free to reach out!


Do you offer matching sibling sets?

Yes! Matching sibling outfits are one of my specialties. I love creating coordinated pieces for brothers, sisters, cousins, and family photos.
