At Schultze Stitches LLC, each piece is thoughtfully made or personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all personalized, embroidered, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please carefully review all names, monograms, sizing, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order. Schultze Stitches is not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily work with you to make it right.

Sizing
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to sizing. Please review the provided size information carefully before ordering.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item has entered production or embroidery has begun, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
