Processing Time
Our current turnaround time is up to 2 weeks, not including shipping time. Because many of our items are personalized or made to order, processing times may vary during holidays, preorders, and busy seasons.

Shipping
Once your order is complete, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information. Shipping times are in addition to our stated turnaround time.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Magnolia, Texas. You will be notified when your order is ready with pickup details.

Shipping Delays
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Schultze Stitches LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Schultze Stitches LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after tracking shows the order as delivered. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package is being delivered to a secure location.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
